I get filled with a sick sense of dread imagining how I’ll get through the talk crushed under the weight of rejection, judgment and embarrassment.

Before I even get the invite out, I’m braced for failure😔

So my energy needs to be on my delivery.

I detach from those live numbers. Release the fear of judgment, rejection and abandonment.

I completely focus on ME and how I absolutely rock that delivery

When you attach to your intention, energy, and actions, you’re magnetising your message to the right people
