4 Things To Do Weekly To Grow Your Business

ATTRACTING

The first thing you need to do is attract aligned clients.

This means you should be actively seeking out ways to draw the people you most powerfully serve into your business.

To do this, you need to put The Buyer at the heart of your business.

Get clear on who your 5 Star Client is – and who it isn’t!

Once you’ve clearly defined who you most powerfully serve, it’s easier to create CONTENT that attracts them into your business.

Content can take the form of podcasts, videos, masterclasses, blogs, programs, challenges, articles, speaking, social media posts and so much more!

If you’re starting out I suggest focussing on ONE connection channel. Choosing the one you’re most naturally drawn to is a good place to start.

If you’re more established and have good systems and processes in place (eg. evergreen content and repurposing) you can expand to as many as you can.

Just remember to focus on QUALITY – only commit to what you can deliver your absolute best to!

BLOGGING

Blogging seems to have been consigned to the ‘history’ bucket but remains the absolute leading way to grow profile and authority.

Blogs on your website are mapped to Google and therefore become part of the world’s largest search engine.

When you focus on answering the questions your clients have your blogs are more likely to capture the attention of MORE aligned clients.

My philosophy is to 10X everything – at least! So once you’ve written your blog post, you can repurpose it into a video, podcast episode, and social media posts.

This will help you reach a wider audience and keep your content fresh.

EMAILING

Building your email list is something that should always be a top priority.

More sales are made via email than any other platform – the people on your list have already opted in and are interested in what you have to offer.

Email your list regularly and keep the list topped up by offering free downloadable resources on your website or by running campaigns to capture email addresses.

The more opted-in people you have on your list, the better chances you have of growing your business.

SHOW-UP

Finally, you need to show up online and share value.

This can look like podcast hosting/guesting, videos, social media, virtual summits etc.

You can also participate in webinars or training for other people’s communities to share your expert knowledge with others.

By following these four steps, you’ll be well on your way to growing your business!
