MINDSET SHIFT: SERVING IS NOT SELFISH

As Soulpreneurs, we aren’t naturally motivated by money.

We’re motivated by helping others and having a positive impact – these are our value markers.

We define success in our own holistic way – with balance and harmony in life, work and play.

Security and freedom are prized, and if we’re serving others, feeling happy and healthy, we feel fulfilled.

As we transition deeper into our Soulpreneur work, we recognise that our impact and income must be in balance.

Money is the energetic value exchange for the impact we’re here to have.

If we aren’t making money, we know in our hearts it’s because we’re playing small and holding ourselves in fear.

Sometimes the enormity of what we’re here to do can feel overwhelming, so we tuck ourselves in and try to ignore the force that constantly pulls at us.

When the time comes that our frustration at staying stuck overwhelms our fear, we step deeper into our potential and serve more deeply – welcoming the flow of impact and income as a result.

As we become more abundant, our vibration rises and our lives become a manifestation of our purpose.

WATCH OUT FOR: BRIGHT SHINY OBJECT SYNDROME

As Soulpreneurs, we’re lead by faith and intuition, and this means we’re easily distracted!

As natural seekers, we’re always searching for truth, meaning and new ideas.

This is why we’re able to amass knowledge and wisdom on a scale other’s find inconceivable.

It’s also how we’re able to serve so deeply and have a powerful impact in the world.

This never-ending thirst for knowledge and growth is our strength…but it can also be our downfall.

Bright-Shiny-Object-Syndrome is a constant in our lives, and staying focussed on our goals can feel impossible at times.

Self-governance is not our strong suit, so we need an intensely clear vision and strategy to stay on track.

When we hone in on our purpose and mission, we’re able to use them to guide us and hold us in focus.

When we grow our businesses with simple, organic and sustainable practices, we’re able to maintain the commitment and discipline it takes to succeed.

Being a Soulpreneur is an incredible blessing, but we must be aware of the dangers that lurk if we are to achieve our true potential.

Hi there, I’m Sally, passionate and ambitious introverted-extrovert business, marketing and mindset coach for heart-centred female coaches and consultants.

I was born in Yorkshire but grew up in Sunny South Africa, spending so much time in the pool my hair was a permanent shade of green and my fingertips wrinkly!

I returned to the UK in 2000 and shortly after fell into a marketing role for a large corporate.

I’m a bit of a lone-wolf rule-breaker and love test driving new ideas and facing new challenges.

My non-stop creativity and imagination can be hard some days, but I’m hell-bent on chasing down meaningful dreams and that keeps me on track and super focussed.

I’m the queen of synthesising information and seeing logic, patterns and cohesive ideas where other’s just see a jumble.

I’m highly sensitive and energetically connect to my clients, using my intuition to help them explore bigger dreams and step deeper into the potential I see in them.

I’m an energetic risk-taker who values effort and tell-it-like-it-is honesty, and I’ll always have a crazy metaphor or analogy to help paint a clearer picture for you.

I live in Leeds with my milktray man (‘J’) and two moggies (Cleo & Coco) and I love porridge, pizza, and popcorn and reality tv.

I hate conspiracy theories, true-crime programmes, and people who think it’s funny to put others down in the name of ‘banter’.
