Please read the below Terms and Conditions carefully before booking:
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Received on or before two weeks out from event date: 100% refund
Received after two weeks out from event date: no refund
No refunds will be made for guests not attending or for missed reservations
Delegate substitutions are accepted at any time
All prices include VAT where applicable (we reserve the right to amend charges should VAT change after we go live with registration)
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase but reserve the right to refund using an alternative method
Please note: full payment for your booking must be received prior to the event.
Please ensure you and your belongings are adequately insured for the duration of the conference.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session, workshop, or event if viable numbers are not reached and will do our best to rearrange these wherever possible.
If, for any reason, we need to cancel or postpone an event, or ask you to select another workshop, you will be contacted as soon as possible using the contact details provided when booking.
Due to COVID 19 if the UK government impose further restrictions on event venue capacities, bookings for the in-person conference and sessions will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
If we are placed into another local or national lockdown you will be refunded or the event will be rescheduled.
All delegates are asked not to attend if symptomatic or have tested positive for COVID 19.
Should you provide a positive test for Covid 19, your ticket will be refunded.
Please note however if your request is on or after 3 days prior to the event, no partial refund will available.
We will use your personal data only to process and fulfil your event registration.
