DO WE HAVE TO BE AMBITIOUS TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

What do you mean you don’t want to have a 6-figure business? What’s wrong with you?

Is that how you are starting to feel – cause I know I am!

My timeline is overrun with people telling me what I should want and how I should get it.

It’s starting to feel like if we aren’t all earning MULTI-SIX-FIGURES EVERY YEAR…there must be something fundamentally wrong with us.

It’s all a bit disheartening if I’m honest.

I find it a bit upsetting because, while I applaud everyone who is massively ambitious and has their sights set on building a mainstream brand, I worry about the impact this constant 6-figure-harrassment has on everyone else!

It seems to me that, for every ten people who want to build that six-figure business, there are 100 whose ambition is to replace their employed income; pay the bills; take some nice holidays; and feel financially confident and secure – however that looks to them.

Not everyone yearns for global domination – and that’s okay…well at least it SHOULD be okay…but it’s not feeling that way.

Success is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.

To be successful we need a vision and a purpose – something to aim for and a reason we want to get there.

Vision and Purpose are incredibly personal.

My purpose stems from feeling stupid all through school – this is SO personal to me it hurts at times.

My vision is to help as many people as I can believe in themselves – to inspire and motivate them to achieve their own unique purpose and vision.

This is personal.

We don’t all want to be swept up into a 6-figure-fishing-net and spat out the other end with our lives transformed, running global brands and having millions of followers.

We simply don’t all want that – and that’s okay.

The people whose lives I want to touch are those that are in business to share something good with the world and be comfortable doing it – physically, emotionally, mentally and financially.

There is NOTHING wrong with wanting to be comfortable, and wanting a normal and happy life for ourselves and our families.
