8 STEP COACHING BUSINESS SUCCESS CHECKLIST

‘I invested £6,000 in a coaching programme that didn’t deliver!’

This is part of a conversation I had with a coaching client who broke down when she realised the 1 Hour Clarity Session she’d booked with me delivered more than a £6k coaching programme she’d already paid for!

And sadly I hear variations of this All The Time.

The reason this seems to happen, is because new coaches are overwhelmed by the sheer number of options, advice and tactics available when it comes to building an online business.

So many coaches who start working with me say their business has stalled and they simply don’t know what to focus on to get it working again.

HAS YOUR COACHING BUSINESS STALLED?

1. MISSION & MINDSET

Take stock of your Mindset – are you doing the inner work to nurture your Belief Success Mindset and is your Mission the powerfully compelling goal that empowers you to take bigger and bolder action?

2. COACHING IDENTITY

Have you stepped into your power as a coach and defined your very own coaching niche that sets you apart and attracts dream clients with ease?

3. CLIENT NICHE

Do you know who you serve most powerfully and exactly what their biggest challenges are that you provide solutions for?

4. METHODOLOGY

Have you taken the time to develop a unique step-by-step transformational methodology that gives you the core from which all offers and messaging will pull from?

5. OFFER JOURNEY

This is the bedrock of your coaching business – have you got a set of core set of offers that nurture prospects into retained clients with ease and flow while you sleep?

6. MESSAGING

Does your messaging impact and influence your community to know, like, trust and buy from you?

7. MARKETING

Do you have a simple and focussed marketing plan that sets out exactly what to do each day to make money in your business?

8. SALES

Do you launch your offers with confidence and make sales from a place of energetic value-exchange?
