I was on my knees, head in hands, sobbing my heart out when Jason walked in.In the middle of a hugely pressured live launch that was failing miserably, I was ready to quit. In fact, I think I actually said those words.

But what I was really doing on my knees that day was surrendering.

Letting go of old expectations, obligations and belief patterns.

Detaching from the outcome, reframing my worth, and moving into a new phase of honesty and alignment.

It was the last high pressure live launch I ever did or ever will do.

I slowed down, tuned in, and went back to my WHY.

As a marketer of over 20 years, I'd done my fair share of vision work and it often felt flat, so I knew I needed to dig deeper for it to have meaning.

Over my 20+ year marketing career, I've created and implemented international campaigns for huge corporates that generated hundreds of thousands of pounds in new revenue.

I've increased the profile and profits of a holiday cottage in the Scottish Highlands, a leading Yorkshire Engineering business, a world-player in the Oil and Gas sector, an Events Agency and even a Bailiff!

I've had the pleasure of guiding hundreds of women to see themselves as the professional, valuable industry leaders they are, step into their full potential, and gain clarity over their niche, offers and messaging.

Marketing is my happy place, it's what I'm bloody good at, and I love it.
